Repeat Prescriptions
How to Request a Repeat Prescription
Please do not over order your prescriptions.
We do not envisage supply problems (apart from some minor pre-existing issues).
Over-ordering will lead to future shortages meaning patients going without their medication.
Our staff are working exceptionally hard to meet the demand but we would kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

For repeat prescriptions of long-term medication, please call the 24-hour answering service on 01644
420800 or request a repeat prescription below.
Please give your name and the name and strength of the medication you wish to order. The prescription will be ready for collection two working days after leaving your message or sending your email.
Alternatively, you can request your repeat prescription in person by handing in a written note to the surgery. If there is any difficulty with these options, by calling the usual surgery number, 01644 420234 and choose Option 1.
We ask for four working days'
notice for repeat prescriptions to ensure that your medicines are in stock and to allow a doctor to check your prescription before it is dispensed.
When checking your prescription, the doctor will consult your medical records and may invite you for a check-up if it is some time since you were last seen.
